If you are eating very little and rapidly losing weight, you can often lose your periods b/c of that alone. I agree with the previous poster. Stop the Phentermine and see what happens.

I started phentermine in the beginning of may 2010 and got my period and here it is the 27th and still no period...I have taken 2 pregnancy test since my missed periodWell today....

I have read in many articles that leg cramps can be an early sign of pregnancy.
I hope this one is a blessing..PRAY FOR ME!! 38 and missed period and have very bad leg cramps cramps could be a symptom of early pregnancy.
