Earth based missions?

I can see a few dungeons or something located on Earth. But I don't see going around earth exploring cities and stuff happening. source

Editable, Uploadable Missions?

I think it'd be more transparent than a mission editor, why not put in a system where you can ask aliens for stuff? I guess it may be fundamentally limited by how much they're able to figure out how to do, but for your race this could help specify such things as what resources you need, what kinds of things you want done, how you handle diplomacy, etc. Then when in someone else's game your species is interacted with, this forms what missions they give out. source

New Missions for L4D?

Are they planning on coming out with new missions for this? Or are we going to have to buy L4D2 to get new missions? I never really get tired of playing it, but it would be nice to add a few more. Especially since most people have figured out the cheats. source

Anyone find 'scanned' missions on planets?

Doesn't the scanner upgrade just make it scan faster? That's the only difference I've seen, and the whole reason I bothered with it. source

Fog filled missions?

Conspiracies in the Dark by ROFB is a fantastic mission with fog. Also, my Dance With The Dead and Mask of Agamemnon FMs have fog. source
