The load you choose will vary to the distances, but how much base do I stick on the rifle to make use of the 140 MOA that I have now.
You will need in the neighborhood of 50 MOA to get to 300 yards.

I see the newest MOA members have numbers in the 170K's. Membership is around 40K. Why have 130K members joined MOA and for what ever reason left again?
How can we get them back in the fold?

Keep in mind that a "mil" ~ 3.6" @ 100 yards and an "moa check out the SWFA SS scopes....
The .338 Lapua drop charts I've seen show from about ~ 48- 54 moa, depending, so with your 20moa base, anything that gets you to 35 moa would work.

You still might make 1000 yards....
You probably will be better off with a 0 MOA with your setup.
A 20 MOA base will do what you describe.
If you are running a Burris scope...some models don't have more that 30 MOA elevation built in.
