Should kids be allowed mobile phones at school? Do you think they are necessary? Whats your in lessons. At my school we have the rule that all mobile phones must be turned off and handed that they need a mobile phone. I have never had one, and I'm just fine. I blame a lot of it on the schools... pretty decent.
