So, right now: no way.
Future mobile virtual machines are going that way, at least.
We're nowhere near there yet but I completely agree that it needs to be added to mobile phones everywhere.

Regarding players, CorePlayer looks good for Symbian and Windows Mobile.
I should think Windows Mobile phones do too but I don't know the specs of those.
