I'd like to include user validation in my web app, to prevent the user from creating many accounts.
For example, when a new user signs up, they must enter a mobile phone number, receive an SMS, then enter a confirmation code.

T mobile per day plan charges for texts even if phones off Tested out my nieces cell on the 2.00 plan (phone not even on for a week) and it charged $2 anyways. Called customer service and they credited it back and did a trouble ticket.
