I am writing a custom maven2 MOJO. I need to access the runtime configuration of another plugin, from this MOJO.
What is the best way to do this?

If the other MOJO is defined anywhere in the build hierarchy, I want my MOJO to respect....
If at all possible you should aim to decouple your Mojo from any other plugins out of another MOJO as too tight coupling.
Design decision.

I have a MOJO I would like executed once, and once only after the test phase of the last project in the reactor to run.
Using:
if (!getProject().isExecutionRoot()) { return ; }
at the start of the execute() method means my mojo gets executed once, however...

You might have to setup a project just for the mojo if you use the @aggregator tag and bind your mojo to one of the following lifecycle phases:
prepare MojoExecutionException { // only execute....
Normally, this is a matter of configuration.

Currently, there is no way to set a breakpoint in eclipse for use with the palm emulator .
You can set break points and check variables.
Palm has a debugger as part of the command line tools .

In other words, work with the DOM element using Javascript/Prototype functions instead of the Mojo object the chars in a MultiLine TextField??? (mojo textfield, to preserve the look :D).
