Are in a down-cycle of an automatically self-correcting business cycle. And they are still out spending money

What is it, you want to buy within your IRA?? Individual stocks, or mutual funds? If you want
to buy individual stocks, then use etrade, scottrade, Ameritrade, etc.
If you want to buy mutual funds
can buy stocks there and also many mutual funds without a fee.
