I don't understand why mongolians dislike chinese...we're basically the same people by blood...My relatives were manchurians and my dad was a descendant of khan and so are a lot of other chinese people, so then why do mongolians think chinese are so different...

On this site below you will find more details. It says Mongolian National costumes, it sounds as though it is woren on special occasions but really most of the clothes you see are woren by the nomads on daily basis.

To avoid Chinese & Mongolian visa you may consider travelling up to Lake Baikal.
The cheapest way to fly to Moscow would number for the visa .
Mongolian visa is easier to obtain but it takes a long time.
