I really think my mum is effected hormonally/emotionally due to the whole menopause thing starting.

I am by no means a dr but the only way to know if it is bc pill you simply have to stop taking it. there is no test to determine this, although it would be wise to get some blood work done to rule out other things such as thyroid, etc.. i am going through...

Lunatic! I went on because of my boyfriend, and my mood swings and irriatbility were so bad weeks, worse acne, horrible mood swings to the point I seriously considered that I might be bipolar not the only one to be affected....
