Well i noticed today my local butcher has legsof pork on special for $7kg will this be ok for pulled pork?

It's shoulders cut into leg section and butt section, will be trying some I can't pass up Pork at....
I have tried with a leg "Roasting Pork" for $4.99/Kg.
It has more fat etc and it renders out over the cooking process.

Yes, I'm on a fat loss program (p90x/calorie counting) and I still like to eat fried pork chops from time to time. I still make sure to stay within my calorie restriction.

You measure it by not eating....
If there's breading on that pork chop% of the time.
You'd definitely have to measure starting and ending volume.
Deep frying is an excellent cooking method.
Ive lost weight just fine on deep fried pork chops.
