Just been enjoying a couple of CDs from the mid 90s 'Stressfest' and 'Structural Damage'. Don't listen to his Purple offerings but grew up on Dixie Dreggs and his solo stuff and they still pass muster.

You may have to remove the top cover to read the number on the left ledge .
The serial number on the pictured engine is likely to be found on the left side of the engine between the flywheel and the hopper .
That one is NOT hit and miss.

Not sure if TextToMorse exists.
