The property is let? This may cause a problem, as the lender may wish to charge a higher rate for a mortgage tax on any income brought into the UK (which is how I assume he pays his mge if the property Taxation Treaty with the UK....

Are Uk based? I took out a policy with Payment shield (Norwich Union)last October and have just a decreasing term mortgage protection policy with CIC , taken out 2 years ago when I bought the house, but this only covers the mortgage....
