I don't have my book in front of me, I do beleve that VC has no single target augment spell .
The AOE augment spells states the spell target all units with in its range .
A spell that targets all units in range still targets them .

What he said, there is no "one or more" clause, there is no rules mechanic it clashes with that makes ... .
I just read the ruling and can't find the all important "one or more" qualification so I would argue that they do stack up to the max 4+ regen save .
