So I am considering putting a new tv in a second living room with a tivo...however the only reason I want the tivo is for the ability to transfer shows from the tivo HD which is in the main viewing area.

I am trying to use VAP to go from tivo streams to wtv files, and when it gets to the step to have videoredo convert the file, videoredo stops with "Mpeg stream error: Open error for DVR-MS output".
If I run VAP as administrator, then it processes everything...
