Dry wine that is used to make the wine.
A bit more than in other wines, and there is likely a single other flavor that stands out.

Going with an oz of the mulling....
Skipping the brown sugar, as we dont want it to be super dry .
Going with 8 lbs of Extra Pale LME, 1.33lbs of Crystal 75 and some Calypso at 60 mins .
Maybe add some raisins or other dried fruit as well .
