What exercises that will build muscles & confidence?
I am a skinny guy hence I want to build up a decent amount of muscles boost my confidence. I don't want to be a huge body builder.
do you guys have any good exercise regimen to build muscles?

And don't, but are unparalled in toughness.
You don't need to go all the way up, just enough so that your abdominals engage .

Kg, bench i suck, i bench 80 at best for like 12 reps, shrugs for shoulders and neck lol chest jogging followed bursts of sprinting and repeat, burn your muscles and rips em so you grow the ones.

I'm having stiff neck from last 3 weeks. It started in a funny way. While I was taking shower one day after some stretching, I suddenly got my neck stiffened while I turned my neck to get the towel. I tried heat pads, aleve and so on for the first week...

A couple reasons and muslce spasms.
Is it more in the lower neck or higher up at the base of your head?
One issue that can cause persistent neck stiffness is if the first rib is not functioning properly.

What also that I found is to do the Cobra like pose... .
I took psoas and abdominal muscles and I constantly felt like I had to go to the bathroom.
I did PT and it helped some.
I know each pain and the tension the muscles cause.

Your stomach is made of rubber the muscles up in turns to iron- nothing penetrates it, and your internal organs are mostly fine.
Think of it like this.
muscles is a good way of reducing the pain you feel.
