What exercises that will build muscles & confidence? I am a skinny guy hence I want to build up a decent amount of muscles boost my confidence. I don't want to be a huge body builder. do you guys have any good exercise regimen to build muscles?

Is it more in the lower neck or higher up at the base of your head? One issue that can cause persistent neck stiffness is if the first rib is not functioning properly.

I did PT and it helped some.

Yes, you'll be a little sore but....
Your stomach is made of rubber the muscles up in turns to iron- nothing penetrates it, and your internal organs are mostly fine.
Think of it like this.
