First day of dieting: Mid December
First day I started Wii Fit for 30+ minutes a day: Feb 14
(thanks to exercise).

Wondering if anyone here has conquered emotional eating, and if so....how????
I have come to the conclusion I am ttrying to eat myself to death. I literally asked my Dentist
