I just put a "swig" of flourish Potassium in ever few weeks; I'm dossing blindly .

I take a total of 8 potassium pills.
I love Celtic or Himalayan salt for my foods.
Much better and easier than that salt.
I use potassium pills I can find in my grocery store.
Just like salt to me.
