My Potassium Too

Internist did some more blood work and my Potassium was very low. I took Prescription Potassium for... that I took to this doctor 4 yrs ago when I switched to him. Is the "disease away" from ocean free Potassium Permanganate? Do you guys use it, Potassium Permanganate? I only use it to disinfect my tanks and nets. Had read some articles that say it can too.
