Is there anyone knows that is it possible to enter from india to Myanmar with motorbike? And what kind of documents we need?

I just called Myanmar embassy in Delhi and they told me that it is not allowed by road to enter myanmar, but it is possible to go with plane.

I was just curious, why is the old colonial name of Burma favoured over the United Nations approved name of Myanmar?

Simplified I know, but this is basically what I have been to stick with the name Burma, although the UN membership name is Myanmar.

I have 2 banknotes from Myanmar of 5000 Kyat and 1000 Kyat each. The online conversion shows 1 Kyat = 0.15 US$. Can anyone give me further inputs on the value as I don't see the value to be that high for Myanmar currency.
