My research has shown this:
Permitted work = under 16 hours for less than £97.50 (aware of other criteria).
Working Tax Credits = eligible if work over 16 hours with disability.
Jobseekers would require actively seeking more hours which isn't possible...

Hello all, does anyone who is in the work permit category and applying for ilr know if the dependant is needed to provide documents aside the cohab ones?that is, payslips,bank statement,etc?i dont think they do but just double checking.
