Did anyone see the premier episode of this show tonight on TLC? It seems to make a little more sense than Doug's moving up show. At least these people are putting themselves into debt and hoping to flip the property at a profit in a short amount of time...

In the state of NH you cannot flip a property in less than 6 months and get more than a 5% profit a property in less than 6 months and get more than a 5% profit on it (above what money you put wasn't losing his shirt or anything.
