My question is, If I used 1 Elemental Hero Neos as the Neos requirement, can I send a 2nd Elemental Hero Neos as the HERO requirement

So yeah, Rainbow Neos himself is fantastic.
They suck even in decks dedicated completely to them.
Neos ain't so bad (at least he has a few decent support cards) but the Rainbow Dragons are just so dead.
Didn't suck.

You can use two Neos.
And boom goes the dynamite.
Hero Neos , to fulfill both the HERO and the Neos requirements, because it asks for two separate monsters.

The Neos is originally planned to have the outboard edge of the servo 10cm at the tips than some of the Zone v2's I've....
Just mark at the correct depth.
Save it for later after I finish up this newest Neos Starting work on the servo holes.

Current Status (5/7):
Opae Ula & Nerite habitat. Gravity @ ~1.010, pH 8.2. Here's an interesting read on the habitat, but I'm tweaking it by adding some brackish-plants.
Converted to a freshwater tank, kept the old hardscape, now with blue neocaridinas...
