My husbands niece and nephews are coming down this summer along with hubbys mom. His mom has custody of them...how would I get the kids approved for visitation. They are 8 10 and 14.

The 14 year old will need to apply using the same form that you did to... .
They can just show up, as long as the adult brings the proper paperwork .
Only visitors aged 12 or over need to complete an application, so the two younger kids don't need to apply .

Apparently he is the one that was filling out these forms for these people and he knew the information was false... .
Isn't it strange that it was a tax preparer that blew the whistle .
