Nero Digital Format AVC has H.264 video and probably AAC audio version of Nero....
Nero Digital Format is basically Divx convert Nero Digital Format as well.
There is Nero Digital Format and Nero Digital Format AVC.

This is part of Nero 6 to Nero support, but they are extremely slow to respond to any service requests, so thought I'd look here using a different version.
I'm having the same problem with NeroVision Express 3.1.025.
