I'm in the market for a netbook, and the biggest concern for me is the small keyboard size. What is the largest-scale keyboard I could realistically find on a cheap netbook, and what vendors sell netbooks in this size?

I have also used, Samsung's latest N120 netbook gives you 2.1 speakers and a slightly bigger keyboard than of the laptop you can find it here....
To TrustedReviews.com the Samsung NC10 has by far the best netbook keyboard around.

In my opinion at least a 10 inch, if not a 12 inch model .
Perhaps this Samsung NC-20 12 netbook might fit your needs.
