Our PnP doesn't have a newborn napper. Do you think I could borrow a friends and be able to use it with ours?

Would your friend be willing to lend you their PnP with the newborn napper? or trade for yours until you don'....
It wouldn't hurt to try, but I'm not sure it will work .
And the newborn napper part has poles that go into the end of the PnP.

Does anyone know of any techniques on how to teach newborn to self settle. i was wondering if a hanging mobile or projector that puts stars and moons on the roof, would help the newborn to self settle by looking at the stars and falling asleep

We've received so many newborn and 0-3 months outfits from our showers. I'm a FTM and I know it depends on how big baby is when she's born, but how long do you usually have before LO can't fit into newborn clothing? Some of the clothes have tags and those...

DS was 8lbs 10oz ....
T was 8 lbs 9 and fit in newborn for maybe a week no newborn things.
Oh and the drs thought he was going to be 9+ .
That being said.
Newborn clothes are supposed to be for up to 8 lbs, and 0-3 months for 8-12 lbs.

I tried to use up the last of the newborn diapers, but they're just too small now. The newborn clothes are too short, I have a tall LO! I'm excited she's growing and thriving, but have to say i'm sad to see the little stuff go. Since this is my last go...

My cousin told me to make sure I get lots of newborn socks because most socks are size 0-6 months and they're HUGE on a newborn.
Does anyone have any specific brand or type they can recommend, and where do you normally buy them?

I didn't have her in too many newborn socks because we mainly used those sleepers her in too many newborn socks ....
My DS didn't last very long in the newborn socks that worked for DD.
I found that gap's "cozy socks" worked the best.
