As of two days ago, I am unable to log in to my newsgroup account, on my PC & my laptop. I'm using to SeaMonkey, they did have me blow away the newsgroup account and reinstall it, but it didn't do any check your settings: Edit, Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings, select the account, and under Server

Sorry about posting this in the Vista newsgroup but I can't find any newsgroup dealing with Windows newsgroups for Windows 7 what would be the next best place to ask? you where, but professionals don't like Web. We prefer Newsgroups Reader and Win7 NG doesn't exiust

How do you get Outlook Exress to show more than about 50 posts. With the Vista newsgroup that is about 2 hours and then they are gone.. Other newsgroups have more posts before they roll off the back Outlook Exress to show more than about 50 posts. With the > Vista newsgroup that is about 2 hours

Is there a way to bypass newsgroup throttling on your ISPs newsgroup server? Even with a 3meg connection, a newsgroup connection barely goes 30kb/s. Is there anyway, or is throttling done using? If you are using your ISPs newsgroup or a free newsgroup, that is why - As Dark Shroud said
