Glenn Hagele, USAEyes, CRSQA Under Investigation by the FDA and FBI
and Consumer Affairs For Threatening To Blackmail Hurt Lasik
Patients??
According to FDA Petition # Docket No. 2007P-0004/CP 1
Glenn Hagele, CRSQA, and USAEyes are now under an indepth
investigation that was started by Dean A. Kantis creator of http://www.LifeAfterLasik.com
website, created to warn other citizens of Lying Lasik Doctors, Skewed
Success Rates to lure innocent patients, and "a referral network where
Lying Lasik Doctors undergo a CRSQA Certification at the tune of
$5,000/year in order for Glenn Hagele and USAEyes to refer "potential
lasik doctors or hurt lasik patients."
In otherwords, doctors are paying for leads. And they're doing it at
the patient's expense. So if you are a patient online looking to find
a cure, and you come across http://www.usaeyes.org/, you will run into
a "non doctor giving advice," which I hear is a BIG NO NO exclaimed
Mr. Kantis. Glenn Hagele says he's a "patient advocate," but doesn't
this sound biased asked Mr. Kantis.
Mr. Kantis also concluded that Glenn Hagele has had direct contact
with him in trying to defame Mr. Kantis, harass Mr. Kantis and others
through so called "black mail attempts," and from these ongoing
actions, Mr. Kantis and others have in turn started many department
investigations with Consumer Affairs, Sacramento Police Department and
the FBI. Mr. Kantis exclaims that as many as 10 other hurt lasik
patients have put in complaints to the bizzare behavior of CRSQA Lasik
Doctors and their leader, Glenn Hagele, who has but a "high school

This website explains how lasik doctors are buying leads from a "non
for profit 501-C3" that Mr. Glenn Hagele operates at the tune of
$5,000/per year and are also paying Mr. Hagele for "favors." These
favors have been reported to the FBI and Consumer Affairs. One patient
even asked, "How is it that these doctors were conned into spending
$5,000/year for a phony membership by someone who isn't even a doctor
but has merely a high school education and operates out of his home?"
No reply by Mr. Hagele.
The FDA has even commented that they do NOT recognize CRSQA! Here is a

FDA's Lasik Page: Generally good information, but be aware that this
is only an introduction. The FDA's site doesn't tell you about
patient's experiences with doctors when things go wrong, nor does it
feature simulations of vision following a failed LASIK, nor does it
adequately talk about risk. Doesn't even take quote from it's own FDA
transcripts on LASIK, many of which are very interesting, to say the
least. But...better than nothing at all, we guess. From the site,

my personal identity including Social Security number on her website.
Her employer is investigating how her access to federal secure
computer systems was used to publish defamation on the Internet, and
she uses so many aliases it is hard to keep up. Another has a
permanent restraining order against him for threatening Dallas Lasik
doctor William Boothe, MD with physical violence, has been sued for
defamation, lost, found in contempt of court and sentenced to jail
(fled state), is in bankruptcy, cyber-pirated our organization's
trademark domain, plus I'm personally suing him for defamation and
invasion of privacy in California Superior Court.

Glenn Hagele, USAEyes, CRSQA Under Investigation by the FDA and FBI
and Consumer Affairs For Threatening To Blackmail Hurt Lasik
Patients??
According to FDA Petition # Docket No. 2007P-0004/CP 1
Glenn Hagele, CRSQA, and USAEyes are now under an indepth
investigation that was started by Dean A. Kantis creator of http://www.LifeAfterLasik.com
website, created to warn other citizens of Lying Lasik Doctors, Skewed
Success Rates to lure innocent patients, and "a referral network where
Lying Lasik Doctors undergo a CRSQA Certification at the tune of
$5,000/year in order for Glenn Hagele and USAEyes to refer "potential
lasik doctors or hurt lasik patients."
In otherwords, doctors are paying for leads. And they're doing it at
the patient's expense. So if you are a patient online looking to find
a cure, and you come across http://www.usaeyes.org/, you will run into
a "non doctor giving advice," which I hear is a BIG NO NO exclaimed
Mr. Kantis. Glenn Hagele says he's a "patient advocate," but doesn't
this sound biased asked Mr. Kantis.
Mr. Kantis also concluded that Glenn Hagele has had direct contact
with him in trying to defame Mr. Kantis, harass Mr. Kantis and others
through so called "black mail attempts," and from these ongoing
actions, Mr. Kantis and others have in turn started many department
investigations with Consumer Affairs, Sacramento Police Department and
the FBI. Mr. Kantis exclaims that as many as 10 other hurt lasik
patients have put in complaints to the bizzare behavior of CRSQA Lasik
Doctors and their leader, Glenn Hagele, who has but a "high school
education." One website helps to explain exactly this. http://www.usaeyes.info/.
This website explains how lasik doctors are buying leads from a "non
for profit 501-C3" that Mr. Glenn Hagele operates at the tune of
$5,000/per year and are also paying Mr. Hagele for "favors." These
favors have been reported to the FBI and Consumer Affairs. One patient
even asked, "How is it that these doctors were conned into spending
$5,000/year for a phony membership by someone who isn't even a doctor
but has merely a high school education and operates out of his home?"
No reply by Mr. Hagele.
The FDA has even commented that they do NOT recognize CRSQA! Here is a

FDA's Lasik Page: Generally good information, but be aware that this
is only an introduction. The FDA's site doesn't tell you about
patient's experiences with doctors when things go wrong, nor does it
feature simulations of vision following a failed LASIK, nor does it
adequately talk about risk. Doesn't even take quote from it's own FDA
transcripts on LASIK, many of which are very interesting, to say the
least. But...better than nothing at all, we guess. From the site,

vision chart that cannot be corrected with glasses, contact lenses, or
surgery as a result of treatment. Some patients develop debilitating
