If he were white, he'd be charged with hate crimes. But since he's black
too, he'll get a more lenient punishment (like 200 years in prison instead
of 300 years). The hate crime laws translate to lessening the importance
of the loss of these black women's lives. That's the kind of injustice
caused by hate crime laws.
