I know a number of people who live in England. Very close friends of our
are fom England. In fact, we'll see them this evening. Just in the
cities off the Gulf in Florida this past winter, I had the opportunity
to talk with a number of people from Canada and elsewhere. If you want
to see a dentist, you migt have to wait for six months. Many Canadians
come to America to get medical treatment that they can't get in a timely
fashion, or maybe not get at all.

definite limits. If the gov't deems you're too old to warrant the
expense of a hip or knee operation, or have open heart surgery, or
whatever, then you don't get it. You must be able to warrant the
