Why would your agent file a fake bank statement?

I think once you are found to have lied or provided fraudulent
documentation to DIAC, you will find it all but impossible to get any
visa. While I have no way to substantiate this theory, I suspect that
once they find an irregularity in an application, they put your details
into a separate database and if you ever apply for a different visa,
your application is scrutinized at a much higher level.
I suggest getting a reputable agent and provide ALL the documents and
facts of your case to the new agent. A new agent can not do the best
job for you if you do not arm him/her with ALL of the FACTS.
I also suspect that even if they do consider a second application from
you, that they will dig very deep into the source of the funds in your
bank account. Are you prepared to show that you earned that money?
Funds on loan will generally not be tolerated from what I've heard.
Best of luck,
Marilyn

Perhaps I misunderstood, please explain the following quoted from the
original post...
"Bank statment was fake."
Submitting fake douments is tantamount to lying.

pomi,
I cannot understand why your agent acts against you, does not he like
you, or what?
You have the original documents, but agent said that, he will provide a
fake bank statement for you, why?
and, Why did you accept this?
the matter is ambiguous regarding your explanations yet.

What is your nationality and assessment level for your course of study?
What is the total duration of the course of study that you wish to
undertake in Australia?
DIAC letter of rejection does not mention that they found your
financial statment to be fraudulent or fake. It says that the funds
were not sufficient.
Do you know the exact financial requirements that you have to fulfill
to be eligible for the relevant student visa for your course and the
documents you have to submit and how you have to prepare the documents
to show that you meet all those requirements ? Requirements vary by
visa subclass and aassessment level. Also, Australian embassies, where
a student application has to be submitted, in some countries, requre
documents to be prepared following specific procedures.
Also note that due to the recent changes in Australian immigration
policy, the number of rejections for student visas has increased
significantly. You have to prove, beyond any reasonable doubt, that
you are seeking a student visa as a genuine student.

You will get all information about stuednt visa requirements at the
following link:'Visas and migration - Australian High Commission'

You should visit the DIAC links mentioned in the High Commission's
link.
You should also see the recent announcement at
http://www.immi.gov.au/students/_pdf...ving-costs.pdf
As Pakistan is in assessment level 4 for 572 visa, for which you are
applying, you will have to show availability of funds from an
acceptale source for the entire duration of your course for the
following:
(a) tuition fee
(b) livinng expenses for a single person of A$18000 per annum (this is
a recent change from 12000 per annum)
For AL4 applicants the source of funds include money deposited with a
financial institutuion held by an "accpertable individual" (applicant,
applicant's spouse, parents and siblings, or aunt or unlce living in
Austyral)
For AL4 applicants they have to show documentary evidence that the
funds were available at least six months before applying for the visa.
Also, it has to be shown that the regular income of the person providing
financial support to be sufficient to to have accumulated the level of
funds held.
You can get further details from the DIAc website.
Suggest you do your research thoroughly before reapplying.
