Come on. We can only ever be safe if the government knows where each
and every gun in in the entire country. They need to know who owns
guns, What makes and models they are, how many they own, where they
bought them, when they bought them, what they paid for them, where
they store them, and all other information that is important. So long
as people can simply transfer guns among themselves without reporting
the transfers to the government, our elected officials can never feel
completely safe! How can you confiscate guns (when, not if the time
comes) if you don't know where they are? Thank God for NICS gun
registration!
