I recently moved and I am getting no reception on my sprint phone. According to the coverage maps there is no sprint coverage in my area, but there is Nextel device coverage. I am not too sure exactly what this means. I would appriciate some clarification...

Unfortunately, this probably means you will have to find another wireless provider .
Nextel is a separate network that was acquired by Sprint some years ago and is now being decommissioned.

What in the WORLD in Sprint thinking? Is Sprint TRYING TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS? They will if they continue this. Shutting Down IDEN network? WHAT??? Sprint, you do realize, that you cannot, and will never be able to have a Direct connect as good as Nextel...

A comparable quality of service to the old Nextel service but with an improved coverage area.
