Nipples

I wanted to see if anyone who has had reconstruction surgery not had nipples but just tattoos ? The reason I ask is because I have never liked nipples showing through my clothes. I had a bilat tram on these boards I read about 3 dimensional tattoos that look somewhat like nipples but aren't. Seems large nipples.

Breast surgeon says it's up to me whether to leave my nipples or not.  I think I've read here .  I want a 0 chance of reoccurance if I'm going to do double masectomies.  The nipples don't mean IMHO, I think that if you can save the nipples then do it!  That saves you 2 more surgeries spokes and nipples.

In the propshaft only one showed some sign of grease in it.
