Breast surgeon says it's up to me whether to leave my nipples or not.  I think I've read here .  I want a 0 chance of reoccurance if I'm going to do double masectomies.  The nipples don't mean IMHO, I think that if you can save the nipples then do it!  That saves you 2 more surgeries
