noindex tells the search engines to not bother caching your page for inclusion.
Both Yahoo! and Bing (Live) support noindex and nofollow in the meta directives.

That means the page that has noindex in the header is not....
Noindex is placed in the head section of a page.

Maybe :-) how confident ? If you noindex pages where content is very close, then you should be OK.
noindex the dynamic pages, and create static pages (possibly linked from your SITEMAP) that have links of duplication.
