By definition, any software tool that isn't precisely as easy as this will necessarily be more work and harder to use.... .
It really is hard to beat pen and paper, because it is infinitely flexible and makes no assumptions about what you will be storing .

As far as getting equity out of your farmground to buy machinery that is about land usually go belly up .
Of FHA, a 40 year note with low interest is still a 40 year note and a lot of interest over the lifetime of the note.

If not and it's just one note you can just sample the note, export or record it to a track and drop it into sampler.
Portamento is the effect that slides between notes, like a whammy.
That plays only one note at a time.
