Blood stream? Almost everything we ever put in our bodies is toxic at some quantity- even water! This "villify everything" approach to health is just ridiculous.

Gerrysmom thank you so much for such a detailed explanation. I was also told I have B6 deficiency. I wanted to know what to do in this case? because I probably don´t absorb it. Should I take B6 supplements? or this would make build up of B6 in my body...

Processed sugar is also bad for the body.
This stuff is toxic for the blood, body, insulin etc.
