Dinner was the most difficult....
I was able to get on the Nutrisystem blogger the program once before and was quite successful eventhough I found I couldn't eat only the nutrisystem food.
I am a freelancer and I do a lot of copywriting .

QVC does a Nutrisystem TSV every January luck with Nutrisystem in the past, and have picked up some weight over the last few months, so that NutriSystem or QVC considers....

I buy alot of Nutrisystem items. But I am very upset that so much of what I buy are old or stale items. Sellers should have to provide proof of the foods freshness instead of just stating that the item is NIB. This is FOOD we are talking about, not a ...

Buy your food locally, and be carefull of those diet foods, read some of the ingredents and reasearch them (their harmfull effects) Might find it's better to go with foods that aren't diet related .

What I don't like about Nutrisystem is (a) you are stuck with their food, learn nothing about making choices for yourself and you have no leeway to eat out or participate in holiday dinners or other special occasions; (b) once you lose the weight, there...

They always show the prepacked junk food- cake- cookies- donuts and spaghetti and talk about losing weight???? Is that teaching someone to eat healthier and keep weight off? I think a program that teaches you to appreciate good healthy foods- not fake...
