So was in Borders a while ago looking for a good book on nutrition. One that was minimally biased if possible, and definitely not one that had the word "diet" or "Cure" on the front.

I have been tracking my nutrition but have not so far seen anyone else that I have made "friends" with tracking. I am interested in a having a "friend" to see one anothers nutrition to discuss what works share ideas and really keep accountable.
