So I would go with the recalculation.
As you get smaller you require less calories to do the same stuff .
My understanding is that the bigger you are the more calories you need to survive because it takes more energy for your body to do stuff .
I once saw a post explaining how to input a recipe into the recipe builder and then click on something and see the nutritional value (e.g., fat, fiber, protein, carbohydrates) are in the recipe. Of course, I can not remember how to do it. Hoping someone...

At 23% moisture a dried apple is soft and squishy .
I will keep searching, nutrition, and calories of a fresh apple.

I didn't know if I'm allowed to link because it has point values right.
If you go to their website, you can email them and they will send you their nutrition (fairly all of the P+ listed.

I will get the actual values off my caloric intake than under-estimate....
Realise that those 'actual' values, are as much of an estimate as Nutrition Data and CalorieKing as I use the same site for my spread sheet it doesn't matter.
