My son was sentenced 24 to 60 mos I'm so worried about where he is about to go now that he will be moved soon from Intake. What constitutes non violent offenders....will it be minimum security? PLEASE HELP...I'm so scared. Thank you

I think it's probably pretty straightforward really, though I could be wrong????!!! Is his say no to that, then he's probably a non-violent offender.
