The tastes are quite ranging to be any sort of light olive oil, considering I tend to use Olive and Canola Oil.

I'm new to my 99' F250 7.3 Powerstroke. It has a few oil leaks that i'd like to take care of.
My first thought was to take it to a local mechanic with good reviews.
The first leak they told me was from the Rear Seal, where the engine meets the transmission...

It will look just like oil in that dark valley.
If it is oil it is more than of fuel leak too.
Pretty detailed instructions on this site to clean and replace them .

What is the healthiest oil you can use to cook food in or put into recipes?
I have a vegan cake recipe which uses oils instead of butter but i don't know which one is healthiest and i don't really want it to be too fatty a cake.
Any ideas?

Vegetable oil is rapeseed which is easier to bake with than olive oil as it doesn't have much taste of vegetable oil in the supermarket are a blend of various oils.

Did an oil change on a 2005 Nissan frontier with 76,400 miles on it and used castrol gtx HM oil and a napa gold oil filter and my oil pressure was low when I would stop driving and back up to normal when driving? I immediately drained oil and put in PP...
