Will not harm the engine operation while too low oil pressure will result very quickly in bearing damage the high oil pressure, I was so scary about the plane, that I quickly dove and landed on Juist island and continued ....

At least that was my experience.
Hard to get to zero oil pressure without some kind of oil pump failure.
A problem with the oil pump, or an issue with what drives the pump.

Can in the car yet.to me seems like too much oil pressure i coudnt get info about the oil pressure by yoruguabmw i coudnt get info about the oil pressure on this engines i think 20 psi at itdle is your setup?....

I have some Auto RX coming thing, they said my ....
That makes me feel a little better.
It was towed in and had Zero oil pressure.
Before you get carried away ask yourself WHY the low oil pressure ? Sludge is a likely answer.
Finally got my oil pressure gauge working and the results are quite discomforting! Sacramento-20120427-00707 by ZachM23 , on Flickr Pic was taken after a some freeway driving so engine was hot. Oil pressure at 2,000RPM is about 35psi which isnt very good...

After driving the car for 2 weeks, did a TB rebuild, new clips etc and few minor things. Cranked on morning and had a awlful sound fron under the hood. Thought a idler arm or alt/pwr steering bearing had gone. By the time I got the hood opened, it quit...

Dropped the pan to get the oil for BSE.
So is the oil/BS chain.
The timimg cover is off.
Don't think rod bearing.
Have you taken the timing cover off yet? '86 Starion, MPI with Megasquirt 1 v3.0 .
