I tried hot water, burning it out going... going down hill, and alcohol and the only method that came close was braking full force going down a big hill, but this only... Lo all. I was asked to recondition an old deformed and dried out leather saddle for a friend so I put in a ziplock bag covered... covered it with veg oil and then taped it up in the proper shape.
