Hello,
I got brown, very-dust-like seeds from these local/wind orchids that I have in my garden.
I know you need a CSI lab to germinate these... but I only have my two hands, pots and dirt.
and
Any experiences you'd like to share with me???

This is another wild orchid I have seen, but I haven't seen any around....
Good luck if you decide to try.
I always loved the wild ones we have here, the Rattlesnake orchid to get some of your own.
Inquiring minds wanna know.

I just got back yesterday....
The room decor is a little, the beach at the St James side is just a smidge nicer looking than the beach at the Wild Orchid side.
The resorts is that all of the restaurants are on the Wild Orchid side.

Heading to Secrets in 3 weeks. There are 5 couples going to celebrate 2 40th birthdays. I am sure that the resort will be at capacity so how hard will it be for us to get chairs on the beach together? In the pictures the beach looks pretty small. Also...

This is about the only tourist facility of any type within about 2 miles... .
Next to Secrets on the same spit of land is Sunset Beach Resort .
Secrets is located on one end of a small spit of land in the middle of the bay (the body of water named Montego Bay) .

Is the upgrade to preferred club worth it? Booking it beforehand will cost approx $700 extra. Should we just book a regular room and upgrade upon check in if it's available? Or is a regular room just as well? We usually stay Excellence Club at the Excellence...

In my opinion whether or not the Preferred Club is worth it is all about personal ... .
We did not do Preferred, nor did we think the few benefits of such would of added to our stay nor did we ever care to have anything we actually seen in regards to such .

It
could be Coeloglossum viride -....
Certainly an orchid but could be one of quite.
Not sur about the pretty pink one.
Confused with Orchis
nidus-avis; the Birdnest Orchid, which is also leafless and
chlorphyl-free but is a saprophyte.
