Q: Shipping To A Country Outside Of U.s. Can I order online and have my purchases shipped directly to an address in Spain?

Target does not ship to US Protectorates, Guam or the Virgin Islands.
Target does not ship internationally except to APO and FPO with certain restrictions.
A: Target ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

On various sites where you can buy used goods, people are not whilling to ship outside the US.
Not even to countries like the Netherlands or the UK.
Why are people not willing to do it?

Standard shipping from CRC made it through without a problem to be paid (customs / duty) when purchasing....
That was the only time i paid customs.
9900 using Tapatalk I had a problem when they did me a favor and upgraded my order to dhl shipping.
