Paypal doesn't confirm out of country international addresses are not confirmed - paypal only confirms addresses for a handful of countries .
I ship internationally a lot, and it's definitely worth it.

Good news, we have been able to finally find an aftermarket setup to light up those beautiful outside lights on the Riv's.
