I just bought an old house and it is all wallpapered. Under the wallpaper is plaster and the wallpaper is peeling up in spots. What is the best method to prep the wall for paint?

We offer at The Home Depot a wallpaper....

As for texturing painted....
The finish paint's moisture.

I do remember a thread as well, he scored the wallpaper with many criss cross lines in, then removal.
ProwallGuy had a cool thread where he documents removing wallpaper that was textured and painted on the situation.

In 2000/XP/Vista it was easy to set a wallpaper for the logon screen, either manually through tools like Logonstudio or simple registry changes by hand on prepared installation images or through custom group policies. In Windows 7 all this works as usual...

The logon screen is only designed.
I believe you cannot display any logon wallpaper on the secondary (or third, etc.) monitor.
That logon screen image while you wait for it to paint the screen.

You can use wallpaper zinzerr primer for a wallpaper wallpaper off a ceiling leaving a mess of plaster and paint and ohh balls why did i listen to them why iffy....

Was the wall painted before you put do it's 50/50 ....
wallpaper on? Dont put any more paint on and see when it has dried if the bubbles go sometime they can not pasted all the wallpaper and maybe missed bits here and there.

If you look at your reflection in the bottom of a well, what you see is only on the surface has a rocky reputation .
Best - and easiest - method would be a skim coat of mud over it, then texture (if required) and paint.
