Living room of newly renting house has HIDEOUS textured wallpaper on all four walls.
The texture is not really deep, but on the other hand it's gonna come through paint I think.
REALLY don't want to strip it all off as it's put on very well and I'm worried...

The other option is polycell smooth over Collossus roller sleeve....
Any wallpaper needs if it will totally hide it, depending on how deep the texture is.
Should cover it if its not a very deep pattern? Do not line over a textured paper.

Most likely the paper is bonded difference if the paper is as old and painted over as much as you say.
Time I recommend painting over wallpaper is when it is on raw rock.

Can I paint over wallpaper? I bought an huge old house and every square inch is covered with wallpaper and its really holding strong.Instead of spending a month removing it can I paint over it or the paint will make it bubble and eventually peel?

Which is most suitable for long term? To paint walls, to tile or to put up wallpaper for walls in the house. If wallpaper is used, will it be difficult to change? Would tilling of walls help to save in the long run. Which is more costly of these 3 methods...

In 2000/XP/Vista it was easy to set a wallpaper for the logon screen, either manually through tools like Logonstudio or simple registry changes by hand on prepared installation images or through custom group policies.
In Windows 7 all this works as usual...

The logon screen is only designed.
I believe you cannot display any logon wallpaper on the secondary (or third, etc.) monitor.
That logon screen image while you wait for it to paint the screen.

Love the know it alls....I didn't know what capital "T and M" were either, but I have been including t and m for over 12 years.
