Ignore Melissa, she doesn't have a clue, you're most likely to conceive on the day you ovulate, if you have sex about 4 days before or about 3 days after you could still conceive, but there's a little bit less chance.

The easiest thing to do is to use a tool to help you track it each month, like the one on Baby Center (I have a neat one on my iphone called Maybe Baby, if you have an iPhone...) but this one is online and free :) link below-

Yup! Matter of fact more women get pregnant by having sex the day before ovulation rather than the day of because of the time it takes for the sperm to travel to your fallopian tubes.

Supposing your cycle is 28 days and Basing on that theory your body would have had ovulated around the May 22nd or so.
Going by the theory - Ladies with regular menstrual cycle,
usuially ovulate around the middle of their cycle.
