I like Rathmell....
Fenton's book is great for understanding imaging associated with procedures .
It's by no means the "Bible" of Pain, but I like it.
Concise and image based would be Rathmell's guide of Interventional Pain and Regional Anesthesia.

I was wondering the same thing! I just googled kidney pain and it said that it was usually caused by a uti so if you have symptoms of a uti it is probably kidney pain but if not its just back pain kidney pain.

I recently (last 3 days) have developed quite uncomfortable pain in the lower back, abdominal region and testicles,all on the right side.i'm belching quite strongly and have also broken out in hives .the belching brings some relief and the pain/pressure...
